I need some help trying to figure out exactly what this is....i was interested in it when it was on ebay bc ive never seen one before...all the help will be appreciated!

What is it? How rare is it?? Whats it worth? Can i find another one?

Nobody won it so contact the seller and see if you can make a deal and maybe he can tell you more about it. This seller is one of the many that puts a lot of item up for high prices so the real value of it is less then what he is asking.
