Autographed 1948 Bowman baseball

I was told by a forum member that I might have some luck posting this topic here.

I have 34 signed of the 48 cards in the '48 Bowman baseball set, slabbed and authenticated by PSA/DNA. The problem I am facing in completing the set is that several of the players I'm missing have been deceased for 40+ years, and I've never seen a signed version of the Stirnweiss card (he died in 1958). If anyone out there might have any leads where I could obtain some of these, it would be greatly appreciated! The ones I'm missing are:

24. Emil (Dutch) Leonard
27. Sid Gordon
28. Emil (The Antelope) Verban
29. Joe Page
34. Sheldon (Available) Jones
35. George (Snuffy) Stirnweiss
39. Augie Galan
43. Bruce Edwards
45. Hank Sauer
46. Herman Wehmeier
48. George "Dave" Koslo

Thanks, I will! Hopefully when things get farther along I can post pictures. It's a really interesting set because it's so small, but still packed with a great mix of stars and lesser known players.

Hey Lee, When you get a chance post some scans, I would love to see your cards. I have six from the same set(just started). I do not have any you need but good luck with the set.

Which six do you have already? I might be able to point you in the direction of where to find a few others. Also there are a couple up on ebay right now.
