Does anyone know where I can get a copy Paul Muchinsky's book "Baseball Pinback Buttons: A Photographically Illustrated Compendium and Price Guide" ?

Didn't try abebooks.com but also might be a shot. Wish there was something firmer on the Cameo's and other's like Mrs. Sherlocks and other 1900-1935 sets.
