Looks a bit like Washington Park in Brooklyn, but I am not sure.

Default Nevin Field in Detroit in the 1930's
Here is a picture of Nevin Field (Tiger Stadium) in the 1930's it looks a little like your picture but I think most stadium looked like this. D.

The Tiger Stadium one has the exit sign in same place and if you look closely, the same buildings are in the background bhind the new ad boards.
