First, the James spence LOA does NOT appear to be signed, or as custom w his mainly, notarized. Second, the seller does NOT show the angle/picture of the ball thats on the LOA. Third, the photos are horribly blurry, too close up. Does this sound like its a scam or am I just being paranoid? Curious as to opinions. |

The lack of signature on the LOA is reason enough to have concern.
