Help with First Names of a Couple Baseball Players...
I guess this could be our Wednesday night trivia question, except I don't have the answer...
I made a webpage for some of my miscellaneous pre-war cards (http://www.bandkgreen.net/typecard.htm) and have put the player names on the page. But, I am having trouble finding the first name for two of them. Can someone please tell me the first name of the following players? Silton, who has a 1912 C46 card Kennedy, who has an 1887 Buchner Gold Coin card.

I've seen the Kennedy referenced as "Doc" Kennedy.
Edited to add: The "Doc" reference came from VCP, however, after further checking, Steve is, as usual, correct. Theodore Kennedy played for Lacrosse. Last edited by Jim VB; 02-24-2010 at 04:50 PM. |

Thanks, guys.... No wonder I couldn't find any info on Silton when I tried to google his name... I guess that's because his name wasn't Silton...

I need help with (or confirmation of) the first names of the following players. Thanks in advance for your help!
Is this Leonard Burrell? If not, who is it? Is this Blaine Thomas or Pinch Thomas?

Thanks, guys! I appreciate the help! I have bookmarked the baseball-reference.com website. That website will be useful the next time I have questions.

Be careful on that website. The time will get away from you while searching & clicking links. I am amazed at all the information that has been accumulated there.
