That is a psa goof up
it's a t219
T218's only come with Mecca, Hassan, and Tolstoi backs, and are shorter Han the tougher t219's
best of luck, haven't seen that back in a long time

Goof up is typical PSA but won't matter since the card won't be in that holder more than 5 minutes when it reaches the man-cave...
