Auction house posts on here have a tendency to focus on the negative, but I wanted to relate a very pleasant experience I just had with Memory Lane. I purchased an item in their most recent auction, and when it arrived, the item was not as described. I called them up, and once I got the right person on the phone and explained the situation, I received an apology and a full refund. They handled the situation with true class. I was expecting a battle, but this could not have been easier. Kudos.

I think JP and Company do a good job with their auctions. The few items I have won from them have all been easy transactions with no problems. It's always good to hear when companies are doing good just as well as when they aren't.

I totally agree about memory lane. I have dealt with them for years with absolutely no issues...
