Perhaps in cases like this there was a bulk deal of, for example, 10% off 20 cards, the collector had only 17 worth grading but added three more to get the deal.
The first time I saw a 1996 Topps Dan Marino base card graded, I thought that could be the only reason to send in that card. Last edited by drc; 01-14-2013 at 06:06 PM.
