2 1995 numbered promos with jeter/arod/manny ramirez

i have these two 1994 numbered promos. one numbered to 5k one to 10k, both signature rookies.
i have included pics of all the cards. there are 5 on each strip. 5k has billy ashley, ben grieve, jeter, ruben rivera and antone williamson. 10k marty cordova, benji gil, charles johnson, manny ramirez and arod. they are in a strip.

dont know much about them, a promo collector or arod/jeter would like them.
