Sure. I think that makes sense. I contacted Steve and he said it would be no problem. If someone comes up with an offer that I accept, they can submit payment to Steve which he will hold. I'll then send the case for him to verify, once he does he'll transfer the funds to me and send the case to the buyer. Thanks for the suggestion.
