| Lightning Strikes Only Once in Toronto - SOLD

The Sovereign state of Mitchell was able to withstand a small bolt of lightning that struck his right shoulder the moment this image was created. Otherwise the card is a fine, ungraded example of versatile player who could both throw the ball and catch the ball. In five years of major league ball Fred pitched, but never had a winning record. He then spent several years in Toronto before trying to return with the Highlanders in 1910 as a catcher. Hardly a beater, this card can be yours for $24 shipped ($25 if you choose to pay with regular Paypal). Put this two tool player in your bullpen where he can either warm up pitching or warm up catching.
