Anyone know about this Abbaticchio Upside Down Back?

Was doing some google searching this morning and ran across this H&S Auction listing from early 2009 which references an Abbaticchio Brown Sleeve upside down back. It does not show the back, nor does it list the brand/series (although the absence of specifics implies it is Sweet Cap or Piedmont). The card is trimmed. Anyone have scans or know the whereabouts?
