Are you asking about the rigid plastic or the soft?
There are benefits to both types. For the rigid, I prefer UltraPro. The BCW brand seems to be a tad larger, and works for slightly oversized pennants. But most fit perfectly in the UltraPro holders. I don't love the excess/unused space created by the unnecessarily larger covers. The soft flexible ones are becoming tougher to find. Some are clearer/some are cloudier. I don't like this type as much, but they do work best for the really soft pennants. Trying to cram the soft ones into a rigid holder is one of the more aggravating aspects of this hobby, and might even take a few days off your life. Hope this answers it!
