I would say first take a look at what the lowest Seller's Commission + Buyer's Premium will be for the auction house in question. Different auction houses often give sellers different fees. Then decide if you want your items in a print catalog or is web-only sufficient. (web-only typically has lower fees.) Then decide how quickly you need the money by. Some places pay your very quickly for your consignments (such as ebay-based consignors). Others take 45-60 business days or even more. Finally, after contacting the different auction house, think about which ones treated you the best, and take that into consideration.
