I see both sides. However, I tend to agree more with those that say the picture(s) should exectly match the description.
If you purchase a gallon of milk at the grocery store and you get home and realize it's spoiled and past the expiration date, is it your fault for not reading the label (description) or is it the store"s fault for having it on the shelf? More than likely, you're mad at the store even though you neglected to read. Point is, people don't always read and buy on based on what they see. I would just be glad you got the card back and move on. Edited to add: As far as taking 29 days to get your card back, that's all your fault.
