Does this game have two or three dice with it that say "single", "out", etc? If so, I think they were sold in vending machines at Stuckey's in the early '70s. When moving, by car, from California to Arkansas when I was 9 ( yeah, I know, what were my parents thinking haha) I remember getting a 'play in the car' baseball game probably similar to this. Seems like it had a little mini field and dice you rolled for the game.
