Fantastic 1865 Harwood and Sons Baseball Letter.
Thank you fellow member Paul for the piece and a deciphering job that was much better than my own. ![]() Goes something like this... Messrs. Gilbert & Wells, We send you today for RR to ? 14 larger sacks which we suppose will hold balance of your stock of scraps. If we were to pack them we should string up the sack at the 4 corners by cords to the joists on ceiling overhead just allowing the bottom of the sack to touch the floor--then put a man inside the sack to tend them and get in twice as many.
