Update
Within the last minute, I received a PM from Edward with a tracking number.
I'll update once the card is in hand. In the meantime, I rescind the term "thief" from my description, but that is all. I still consider what he's done extremely wrong, dishonest, and not trustworthy at all. The silver lining is this is the first bad deal I've had here. Hopefully it'll be the last.
