Old-timers... I guess that can be in reference to people that have been in the hobby for 40-50+ years (at least).
If you looked at the Dunlap Detroit picture and your heart skipped a beat, you're probably an "old timer" If you fall asleep at the keyboard while typing replies to the board, you're probably an "old timer" If you look at the baseball cards you popped from the packs when you were a kid and find most of the players have "moved-on", you're probably an "old timer" If you can recall having a conversation with Burdick, Wharton-Tigar or Lipset (ha, just kidding Lew), you're probably an "old-timer" If you get more enjoyment out of reading the "OJ" bible than looking at porn, you're probably an "old timer"
