It sure was a suit and tie affair on Sept. 28`th 1920 at the Cooks County court house. This is a nice shot of Joe Jackson just moments before 1`st testifying that yes "we took monies from the gamblers". He and Eddie Cicotte got the whole Black Sox investigation rolling that very day and the rest as they say, is history.
