My 500 homerun ball
Hi everyone.
I realized there a million of these floating around the hobby, but I was pretty excited about recently adding Sammy Sosa to my ball (thanks to Tom Orr at Atomic Sports). I started this ball with Harmon Killebrew in 1989 and completed first 11 members in 1992 with Schmidt. Then school intervened, and I did not pick it back up until 2014, when my son became interested. Barry Bonds is the only player left. As you can see I had to work around some of the sloppily placed signatures. Although I initially thought the home run totals would be cool, they take up space. I suppose that is what we call "character." Thanks for the look guys!!
