They enhanced/added teeth (and applied lipstick

), adjusted the shape of his ears a bit, rounded out the shape of his hat, and made other little adjustments, but it is undoubtedly sourced from the same photograph. Just look how the light and shadows across his face are an exact match...and, of course, the pinstripes
