I think somewhere near the beginning of the never ending Variations thread Sliphorn ( Thomas) posted a Topps 1960 Repulski with a botched K. It is extremely scarce but it is also mentioned I think by Mike Cady in his effort to update the Variation publications of Dick Gilkeson.

I finally found one on ebay after years of searching. Note the back of the botched K card versus the regular K card
