I showed this off a few years ago but here�s my 1932 Kiki Cuyler telegram.

After a long two week road trip, Kiki used his off day back in Chicago on 9/19/32 to wire his friend in Michigan that he could score World Series tickets once the Cubs �cinch� the pennant. The Cubs were 6 games up on the Pirates, needing one win against them in the upcoming series at home to punch their ticket into the WS. Cuyler himself would �cinch� it for them the very next day with a bases loaded triple.
