Thanks for the responses. I had a message that said the maintenance box is nearing the end of its useful life. I thought I would need a new printer.
Fortunately for me, I was able to get the part for $20.00 and everything works fine now. However, eventually I will be getting a good scanner for graded cards. Thanks, Bob
