Ted's great. Especially in person. Very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, happy to talk cards, great deals, etc. He actually sold me the Hindu back Powers with the purple number back stamp in my avatar many years ago. It's the only Hindu I've ever seen with that stamp by the way. And he gave me a great deal on it.
I would say over the last 20+ years I've been collecting and learning about prewar cards, Ted has been an influence on me as well. Even if he doesn't know me that well.
