What pissed me off and caused me to interject myself into it is that Howard couldn't just be stand-up and admit he changed his mind; instead he tried to imply you were somehow untrustworthy. That, to me, is really sleazy. If a guy is going to back out of a deal, don't throw lame excuses, trying to make the other guy look bad. Just man up and be honest.
