I live in Canada. And I submit everything through our bulk submitter PSA Canada. I do not know if it helps with grades.
But I know it does not get the grading done any quicker.But for me it saves a lot of red tape. Different then yourself, I need to deal with customs and taxes and duty so it is a lot simpler for me to just have the bulk submitter do all that. All I need to do is pay the bill.Everything else is looked after by him.
