I believe that's one of those "you'll never know until you auction it off" examples.
That's a crazy miscut, even for a Leaf. The debate among prospective bidders will come down to "eye appeal", and how somebody will weigh the importance of the registry (equivalent to a 7 I believe), and what it will look like in their set with all their other cards.
