Here is a recent pinback pickup that I really like.
It is a Cincinnati Reds pinback with a large metal baseball dangler that was originally sold at the 1938 All Star Game at historic Redland Field in Cinci. The metal ball says Made in Japan on one side. Johnny "Double No-Hit" Vander Meer became the 1st NL rookie to be the starter in the All Star game. Vander Meer tossed his back-to-back no-hitters less than three weeks earlier. Vandy got the "W" and the NL squad prevailed over the AL in the 1938 AS classic.
