I am going to contact PSA today to start the process of decertifying the PSA 7 Jordan 101 card. Here is my question to PSA.......can the scan of my graded PSA 7 card that PSA has on file be used to flag an incoming "raw card" especially if submitted from someone in my area of the country ? I am thinking the first thing a thief would do is crack the case and get the raw card graded again. I hope PSA has the ability to photo match.
