The T213-3 overprints are the toughest. They are as rare as the E94 overprints and the E98 Old Puts but don't command the same premium because no one knows about them. I have a T213-3 overprint John McGraw in EXMT and traded a nice T213-3 Cobb bat off about 2 years ago for a sharp E94 Wagner and cash. They are scarce as hen's teeth.
