1910's Boston Globe Baseball Team Promo

Hi,
I found this in and amongst the junk, sorry, stuff in my garage. It measures about 10" x 10", and features Walter Lonergan (1911 Red Sox)at shortstop. It is a glossier type of paper, and the photo is printed on, not pasted on. Was this type of item common for amateur teams? Does anyone have similar items to post?
