Can a card grade with two qualifiers?

Just curious, if you send a card with 2 (or more I suppose) qualifiers like OC & MK will it still get slabbed? Would it have the two qualifiers noted on the front, or is there a limit to 1 qualifier?

Hopefully this doesn't seem too silly - just something I thought of this morning when I was looking at some cards.
