"I received an email from Doug stating that he had been warned by several collectors and/or bidders in his auction and that they had told him that, and I quote 'I steal from my mother and do other despicable things to her.'"

All other issues and qualifications aside, statements like this (if accurately quoted) are just sad and have no place in the hobby.
