The seller should just say that these are REPRINTS in the item description. Anything other than that may imply that it is possible (even remotely) that these cards may be real. Indicating that they are REPRINTS would remove all doubt. I guess that saying "a fool and his money shall soon part" probably applies to anyone that would even consider that the cards this person sells are real. Something to consider is that everyday there are people that are new to ebay and they might not understand the antics that people will go through to make a buck. They may not understand the dynamics of a lot of unethical ebay sellers.
