How close is the book on these issues?

Way off on Cuban and Puerto Rican stuff. Off in both directions. Lemke changed some stuff that didn't reflect the market. Badly needs to be updated. Lots of incorrect info as well. Wrong years listed, inaccurate checklists, etc.
