Even UPS can get things wrong at times. My son bought a guitar and UPS put the guitar inside our front door which was left open and no one was home. His comment, and he was just 15 at the time, was "What if I told the dealer I never received the guitar? Could I get another one for free?" Well, first we had a little talk about ethics and honesty, but to tell you the truth we all know there are people out there who are dishonest and would do such a thing.

That guitar could have been left at the wrong house, it could have been stolen if it had been left outside, etc...

It was supposed to have delivery confirmed and they just left it assuming the right people would get it. It's a wonder there aren't more problems.
