major scammer- I have a live one

I got TWO second chance offers on two different cards from different sellers the other night. Within 10 minutes of each other. While my bids were both solid $3000+ bids on both cards, I was not even the third underbidder on either. Looked like a legit email, but the bottom said to contact the seller via email (which ebay would obviously never do since then they couldn't take their cut).

I emailed to get the terms from the "seller" but never heard back. I can only assume it's the same guy. If you want copies of my emails, let me know.
