Whose Going to Step Into GAI's Shoes or Is It Just the Big Two?

What Barry said is right on. Too little, too late and they were in a hole before all of these problems started. I've heard about GAI customer service problems for years. And how can they offer free submissions when they don't even have the money to pay a single dollar in rent? I don't know the GAI guys at all but common sense needs to rule over emotional attachments and, in this case, GAI's goose is cooked.
