I know that I also had the problem with one of my cards. With the update of the site some numbers will not work. I sent them an e-mail with the number and the card and they took care of it for me. It will take some time to get everything fixed, I imagine. Their website will let you know what you need to e-mail if you look under the FAQ section in their website. I also know that there is a thread later on down the page that SGC started that concerns this very question. |
