Questions about N28

Two questions about N28s....

I can't seem to find the N28 set in the PSA population report, anyone know where it is?

Does anyone know, are there any in depth articles about this 50 card set, more importantly the 10 card baseball set, history, production, etc? Has SMR ever done a write of it like they do for a couple sets in each issue?
