Fifty or sixty years ago or so, my uncle, Jerry D. Lewis (who used to be sports editor at Look Magazine I think), wrote a book about the Dodgers of the 30's and 40's. I had a copy of it as a boy but it's long gone and now I can't even remember the title, let alone find a copy of it. It's a terrific book as I remember it.
I've done internet searches to no avail. Does anyone have any recollection of it? Any ideas about where I might find it? If anyone has a copy, let me know, please. Thanks very much. |
