Claude:
I have submitted many oversize items to BGS and they do a fantastic job handling them. You can use the same submission form as the regular cards form and on the bottom, center box of grading costs, there is a line for additional oversize item charges, which is $8.00 per item in addition to the regular grading fee for that tier.
