Yup. Owner was probably hoping he never saw those cards again.

Most burglers aren't as smart as we think they are. Sometimes it's just a matter of reporting the crime.

I just picked up some stuff from the evidence locker from my town police station a couple days ago for a car break-in that happened about 16 months ago. Minor stuff like phone and GPS cords and adaptors and misc. crap out of the glove compartment..............but a violation just the same.

We could have gotten the stuff back 16 months ago if we had not pressed charges and just been happy with getting our crap back. Another flaw in the system I guess, that I don't quite understand. If you want to press charges, they keep your stuff as "evidence" and the case get dragged out for over a year..........................or..............we'l l give you your stuff back, but you need to drop the charges.
