All PSA and SGC look for on grading is that the complete lines are there for all hand cut cards in order for them to get a number grade. It matters not when they were cut, 40 years ago or 3 days ago.
Deken, yes all Post including 61 62 and 63 need complete lines, if not then no reason to grade them unless they are the 62 clemente blue line or you just want them in a slab. Last edited by smtjoy; 10-21-2011 at 09:26 AM.
