I appreciate every ones help with this! I would like to return the favor, so if you have something that you have always wondered about or cannot figure out - please hit me up! I am fairly effective with my research techniques.
Here is a picture of the Jaeger Family with the wife of whom the letter was written to. Thought this may give some context? Side Note: Some of you may have heard of "Billy the Bear" (Louis John Frederick Iaeger) who traveled with Buffalo Bill and his show.... Well, "Billy the Bear" was the nephew of the man pictured below (and shared the same name) and that is probably a young Billy (in the dark suit) pictured below as well. |
