Plus the feedback system is so broken as to be useless.
I pretty much stopped caring when they made it a one way thing. The DSRs don't help anything. As a seller those could be a very powerful tool to find areas where my performance was weak but not horrible. If for instance I got a 4 on something and could see which item it was I could adjust things to improve my service or figure a way to reduce shipping costs. As it is, it's an arbitrary number tied to nothing in particular (Or if you buy conspiracy theories nothing at all) That's used in a fairly random punitive manner. I do feedbacks in batches when I remember to do it. If someone has gone above and beyond I make a point of doing it. Also if someone is new and asks. Steve B |
