Is anybody else getting caught up in these things for their kids as much as I am? I've got the collectible cards in plastic sheets, I'm putting away doubles without opening the boxes, etc. It feels very much like the first time I got the collecting bug as a child with Garbage Pail Kids.
I wonder whether (hope) that this is similarly a gateway into baseball card collecting for my kids. Anybody else scouring ebay for old cardboard and Skylanders at the same time?!
